Meet our board!
President — Stacy Karagiorgos
Anastasia (‘Stacy’) was born in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Pennsylvania, and spent part of her early childhood in Thessaloniki, Greece, before returning to the United States. She plays an active role in her family’s stone fabrication business, Cosmos Marble and Granite, where she brinsg valuable industry knowledge and hands-on experience. Stacy is also highly knowledgeable in Greek folk dance, reflecting her strong cultural background and active community involvement. She has extensive experience organizing and hosting events within the Greek community. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and exploring new destinations.
Treasurer — Anthony Klingos
Anthony (‘Αντώνης‘) was raised in Velventos, Greece, where he developed a strong connection to his heritage. During his summers, he worked at his family-owned Vegas Diner in North Wildwood, New Jersey. He earned his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from Widener University before pursuing a career in medicine. Anthony went on to become and Internal Medicine physician at Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital. He remains deeply connected to his Greek roots and generously dedicates his time to supporting cultural events and community initiatives.
Vice President — Mia Tikos
Asimia (‘Mia’) was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She attended Saint Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church in Upper Darby, where she also completed her Greek school education, fostering a strong connection to her heritage and faith. Mia is currently a licensed aesthetician at Joseph Anthony Retreat Spa and Salon. She values her family deeply and remains closely connected to her religious and cultural roots. She is also highly knowledgeable in Greek folk dance and history, reflecting her continued involvement in the community.
